JCustoms ("we", "us", "our") is a digital goods store operated by Jack Denton, selling Tebex themes and storefront templates. By purchasing from or using this website you agree to these terms.
All products sold on JCustoms are digital goods — Tebex-compatible themes and templates delivered instantly via the Tebex platform after payment. No physical goods are dispatched.
Each purchase grants you a single-site, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the theme on one Tebex store. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or share the template files with third parties.
All payments are processed securely by Tebex. JCustoms does not store or handle your payment details. By completing a purchase you also agree to Tebex’s Terms of Service.
Please read our Refund Policy before purchasing. As digital downloads are delivered immediately, refunds are generally not available except in the circumstances described there.
All theme designs, graphics, and code remain the intellectual property of JCustoms. Your license is limited to use as described in section 3. Reverse-engineering or re-selling our templates is strictly prohibited.
To the maximum extent permitted by UK law, JCustoms shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant product.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
