Refund Policy

Digital Products

All JCustoms products are digital downloads delivered immediately upon payment. Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you acknowledge that by completing your purchase you consent to immediate delivery of the digital content and understand that your right of withdrawal is waived once delivery begins.

When We Will Issue a Refund

We will offer a full refund in the following circumstances:

• The product is materially defective and we are unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable timeframe.
• The product was mis-described and does not match what was advertised at the time of purchase.
• A duplicate charge occurred due to a technical error.

When Refunds Are Not Available

• You have changed your mind after purchase.
• The product does not meet your personal preferences or expectations beyond what was described.
• You no longer require the product.
• You purchased the wrong product (we are happy to help you switch in reasonable circumstances — contact us first).

How to Request a Refund

Contact us within 14 days of your purchase date via Discord or email [email protected] with your order reference and a description of the issue. We aim to respond within 2 business days.

Processing

Approved refunds are processed through Tebex and typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your payment provider.
